New year new resolutions.... again...
Ok here it goes. I would normally never do anything like this but I read online that you are more likely to lose more weight if you find a way to be accountable. So I'm here to do just that. My name is Candice and I am really trying to eat healthy and lose some weight. I am about 135 and am 5'3". I would say I have about 15 to 20 to lose. I am pretty active, I play volleyball 2 nights a week. I keep trying to do the Insanity workout, but somehow I start slacking around the 3 to 4 week part. (again hence needing to be more accountable.) I got my husband and father in law to start eating healthy with me and we are all going to track our progress. My husband doesnt really have much in the weight department to lose so he is just doing the supportive thing. My father in law wants to lose about 20 lbs also. Hopefully we can stay at it and this blog will help me stay on track! (cause lord knows I need it! If you have any suggestions please let me know!! Before pics to come soon.. unless I chicken out!
